THINKWARE CONNECTED Service is an intelligent communication-based service designed to enhance vehicle and driver safety by integrating with dash cams.
It utilises various communication methods to establish a real-time connection between the dash cam installed in the vehicle and a mobile app.
This service enables immediate access to key events that occur while driving or parked, offering features such as impact notifications, driving history, and remote live video monitoring. By enhancing both driver convenience and vehicle security, THINKWARE CONNECTED Service allows users to easily monitor their vehicle's status—whether they are on the road or away from the car.
THINKWARE CONNECTED App compatible with U3000 PRO, U3000, U1000 Plus, Q1000, and T700.
With 4G LTE technology on-board, the dash cam connects to your smartphone in real-time from anywhere.
Now you can truly communicate with your vehicle in real-time seamlessly.
Receive impact notifications, play videos (strong impact crash in continuous recording mode, parking impact),
view captured image of most recent parking, and monitor your vehicle status and driving history on your mobile.
For U3000 PRO Users with the LTE Module
Includes USIM + 3-Year Basic Service
Every LTE Module comes with a USIM and includes a Basic Plan, with a Premium trial during the first month. Users can upgrade to the Premium Plan at any time.
- Introductory Benefit: Included service for the first 3 years.
- Month 1: PREMIUM Plan trial
- Months 2–36: Automatically switches to Basic Plan - After 3 Years: Service ends automatically. To continue, you’ll need to purchase a plan — there is no auto-renewal.
- Upgrading: You may upgrade to the Premium Plan at any time during the Basic period via in-app purchase.
- Renewal: All plans are fixed-term and do not auto-renew.
- Note: To use THINKWARE CONNECTED with the U3000 PRO, the LTE Module is required. Wi-Fi hotspots and tethered mobile data connections are not supported for CONNECTED services.

5-Year Included Basic Service

- After 5 Years: Service ends automatically. To continue, you’ll need to purchase the WiFi / LTE plan — there is no auto-renewal.
- Note: To use THINKWARE CONNECTED with the U3000 / U1000 PLUS / Q1000, a mobile hotspot device or a Wi-Fi network with Internet access is required. Carrier/Service Provider charges may apply.
The smartphone used to set up the Internet connection on the dash cam cannot also be used as a mobile hotspot for the dash cam. A different hotspot device/smartphone is required.
